Passing the miqat while intending to perform Hajj without entering the state of ihram

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The third question of Fatwa No. ( 21294 )
Q3: A man intended to perform Hajj and passed the miqat on the evening of the seventh of Dhul-Hijjah, so he spent the night of the eighth — the Day of Tarwiyah — with us at the campaign camp. He did not enter the state of ihram and did not intend to do so. On the evening of the Day of Tarwiyah, after Maghrib, he went to Wadi al-Sayl , the miqat of Ta'if , which is his miqat, and he entered the state of ihram and removed his clothes. He came to Mina in the state of ihram and witnessed the Fajr prayer with us. What is the ruling? Please issue a ruling, may Allah reward you.
A3 : The one who passed the miqat while intending to perform Hajj without entering the state of ihram has made a mistake, but since he returned to it and entered the state of ihram from there, he owes nothing; because he did not intend to enter the rites of Hajj when he passed the miqat, and then he corrected the mistake.
And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
