Passing the Miqat of the People of Yemen Without Entering Ihram

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Q: I am a Sudanese citizen working in Yemen, and when I intended to perform Hajj to the House of Allah the Sacred, I first intended to visit the Prophet’s Mosque (peace and blessings be upon him) before beginning the rites of Hajj. When I passed the Miqat of the People of Yemen ( Yalamlam ), I did not
enter into ihram; because my intention was Medina, and after I completed my visit to Medina , I went out to the Miqat of its people ( Dhul-Hulayfah )
- Abwa' Ali - before the Day of Tawriyah and I declared my intention for Hajj. Is there anything upon me for passing the Miqat of the People of Yemen and entering into ihram from the Miqat of the People of Medina?

A: There is nothing upon you for passing the Miqat of the People of Yemen without entering into ihram; because when you passed it, you were not intending the rites, but rather you intended to travel to al-Madinah al-Munawwarah, and when you left al-Madinah al-Munawwarah intending the rites, you entered into ihram from the Miqat of the People of Medina (Dhul-Hulayfah ). And the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said in the hadith of the Miqats:
and those (Mawaqit) are also meant for those who live at these (places) and for those too who come from without towards them for the sake of Hajj or 'Umraهن لهن ولمن أتى عليهن من غير أهلهن ممن أراد الحج أو العمرة
