Q3: We have poor people in need, so is it better to pay the zakah
to our poor people in need, or to the workers who come from the wise government, may Allah reward them with good, to collect it?
A3 : If the zakah workers come to you and ask for it, it is obligatory for you to pay it to them. If they do not come, you pay the zakah to the poor. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
