Shaving the hair of a young male child on his seventh day

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The third question of Fatwa No. ( 16413 )
Q3: What is the ruling on one who shaves the hair of a young child’s scalp so that he grows up and becomes a man with hair if he loves to be bearded?
A3: It is recommended to shave the hair of a young male child’s head on his seventh day; because of the action of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) with al-Hasan and al-Husayn (may Allah be pleased with them both), and because of his saying (peace and blessings be upon him):
Every boy is pawned against his 'Aqiqah, to be slaughtered on his behalf on the seventh day of his birth, his head is to be shaved, and he must be given a name.كل غلام مرتهن بعقيقته تذبح عنه يوم سابعه ويحلق ويسمى
Bulugh al-Maram 12:44
. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
