The Quran Reciter Who Is Occupied During Recitation Does Not Place the Mushaf Upside Down on the Ground

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Q: While I was reciting the Noble Quran at my workplace, I was briefly occupied with work and placed the mushaf upside down on the page where I had stopped. A dispute arose between me and one of the brothers regarding the position of the mushaf, as he informed me that placing the mushaf in this manner is incorrect. Please note that the desk is in a private central office room and is clean. Please advise us, may Allah reward you.
A: The Noble Mushaf has a great sanctity, so this sanctity must be respected and anything that contradicts it or diminishes it must be avoided. This includes the action mentioned in the question, as it involves a form of disrespect to the mushaf. If the reciter wishes to perform any task that prevents him from continuing to read from the mushaf, he should close it and place it in a suitable location. He can also place a piece of paper or something similar at the page he is reading from to make it easier for him to return to his place in the mushaf.
