A3: Everything the deceased leaves behind in terms of wealth and rights owned by him is part of the inheritance. This includes wealth and material items, whether movable or real estate, as well as rooms. They belong to his heirs after his death, based on the hadith of Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
If anyone leaves property, it goes to his heirs.من ترك مالاً فلورثته
