Knowing that these goats are in enclosures and we feed them throughout the year, and knowing that many people are in such a situation and are confused about the method of zakah. Please inform us, may Allah reward you, and peace be upon you.
A: If the reality is as you mentioned, that the mentioned sheep are fed and are not grazing and are not for sale, then there is no zakah on them. As for their produce, zakah is due on its value if a lunar year passes over it and the value reaches the nisab. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
