If one feeds camels for more than a lunar year, zakah is not obligatory on them

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Q10: Regarding livestock that is fed for most of the lunar year, is it required that it be confined (kept) in a pen, meaning that it does not graze except for part of the year? It may graze while the person responsible feeds it throughout the year. What is the legal criterion for such a
case, and how is its zakah calculated?

A10: If one feeds camels for more than a lunar year, zakah is not obligatory on them; because they are not grazing camels, as grazing camels are those that graze on pasture for the entire lunar year or most of it. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
