A3: If you pray tarawih with the imam, it is better to pray witr with him so that you obtain the full reward, based on the saying of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him): من قام مع الإمام حتى ينصرف كتب له قيام ليلة Indeed, whoever stands (praying) with the Imam until he finished, then it is recorded for him that he prayed the whole night. Jami` at-Tirmidhi 806 narrated by Abu Dawud and al-Tirmidhi . And if you get up in the last part of the night and you want to pray, pray whatever is easy for you without witr; because there are not two witr in one night, as mentioned previously.
