He forgot, then prostrated one prostration for forgetfulness and forgot the second

The first question of Fatwa number ( 19507 )
Q1: A man prayed the 'Asr prayer, and he made a mistake in the prayer while he was the imam, where he added a rak'ah to the prayer. Then he intended to prostrate the two prostrations for forgetfulness, but he prostrated only one prostration and forgot the second. Is the prayer invalid and must be repeated, or does he prostrate for forgetfulness again after the taslim and the prayer is valid?
A1: If he leaves the second prostration of the two prostrations for forgetfulness and remembers it shortly after the taslim from the prayer, he returns and prostrates the second prostration and says the taslim, and his prayer is valid. If he does not remember it until a long time has passed after the taslim, he does not prostrate, and his prayer is valid, if Allah wills. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
