He wished to hasten, so he hastened the stoning of the pillars of the twelfth day on the eleventh day and departed

Q: I submit to you that I recently performed the obligatory Hajj in the past year, 1422 AH. On the eleventh day, after stoning the three pillars, I wished to hasten, so I went to seek a ruling on the validity of this and how to handle the pillars of the following day. One of the brothers present at the ifta centers near the pillars ruled that it is permissible to hasten on that day (the eleventh) and that stoning the pillars of the following day in advance is valid. So I went three hours after stoning the pillars of the eleventh day, and I stoned the pillars of the twelfth day, then I headed to Makkah for the farewell tawaf, and then I departed for al-Madinah. Now, after returning to my place of work in al-Ta'if, I learned from some brothers that what I did was not valid. My question is: What is the truth in this matter, and what is obligatory upon me? And if what I did was not valid, does the one who issued the ruling to me bear the sin? May Allah guide you to all good.
A: What the questioner did is not valid; because hastening is only after stoning the pillars on the twelfth day after the sun passes its zenith. Based on this, he must offer a sacrificial animal for leaving the stoning on the twelfth day, since stoning the pillars on the eleventh day for the twelfth day is not valid stoning; because it is performing a time-bound act of worship before its time has entered. He must also offer a sacrificial animal for leaving the farewell tawaf, since the tawaf he performed was before completing the rites of Hajj, and the farewell tawaf is not performed except after finishing all the rites of Hajj. And he must give charity by feeding a poor person in Makkah for leaving the overnight stay in Mina on the night of the twelfth.
