Congregational prayer for one who does not hear the mu'adhdhin's voice except through a loudspeaker

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The fourth question of Fatwa No. ( 19350 )
Q 4: I live in a house about a kilometer away from the mosque, and I do not hear the voice there except through a loudspeaker. Is it obligatory for me to pray there, or should I pray at home? I seek your answer to this, may Allah preserve you and care for you?
A 4: It is obligatory for one who hears the call to prayer to respond to the mu'adhdhin, unless he has a valid legal excuse. This is indicated by what Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) that a blind man said:
O Messenger of Allah: I have no guide to lead me to the mosque, so do I have a dispensation to pray in my house? The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said to him: Do you hear the call to prayer? He said: Yes. He said: Then respond to it.
, narrated by Muslim (Book of Mosques 1\458) and narrated by Imam Ahmad (Vol. 3, p. 423), and narrated by Abu Dawud and al-Nasa'i and Ibn Majah in similar terms.
And by the saying of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him):
Whoever hears the call for prayer and and does not come (to the mosque for prayer), his prayer will not be accepted from him, unless he has a (legitimate) excuse.من سمع النداء فلم يأت فلا صلاة له إلا من عذر
Bulugh al-Maram 2:308
, reported by Ibn Majah and al-Daraqutni with a sound chain, and Imam Ahmad reported similar wording in (al-Musnad). And Ibn 'Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) was asked about the excuse, and he said: (fear or illness). And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
