Can the rawatib and the greeting of the mosque be combined?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The fifth question of Fatwa No. ( 17879 )
Q 5: Can the greeting of the mosque and the rawatib be prayed with a single intention and a single prayer? Or is the greeting prayed first, then the rawatib?
A 5: One of the principles of Islamic jurisprudence is that: “If two acts of worship of the same type coincide, their actions overlap, and one action suffices for both if the intended purpose is the same.” From this, if a person enters the mosque, for example, at the time of the rawatib and prays two rak'ahs intending them to be both the rawatib and the greeting of the mosque, he obtains the reward of both. Another example of this is that if a person takes several oaths
regarding one thing and breaks them several times before the expiation is due, one expiation suffices for all of them. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
