Passing wind does not require istinja'

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The first and second questions of Fatwa No. ( 14100 )
Q 1, 2: If I am in a state of wudu' and I pass wind, do I have to wash the front and back, or is wudu' sufficient without washing the back? If I fall into a deep sleep while in a state of wudu', is wudu' sufficient, or do I have to wash the front and back as part of the wudu'?
A 1, 2: For purification from passing wind and sleeping, wudu' alone is sufficient, and it is not obligatory to wash the two private parts in such cases. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
