Istinja' for the passage of wind and the occurrence of blood at the time of a woman's regular period

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The fifteenth question from Fatwa number ( 8844 )
Q15: Is istinja' obligatory for the passage of wind from a man or a woman? And if a woman experiences bleeding at the time of her regular period, in the amount of three drops, and then it stops, while she is fasting, what are the consequences of that? Is she permitted to break her fast, or must she continue fasting? Knowing that this occurred shortly before Maghrib?
A15: The passage of wind from the anus invalidates the wudu'; whether that is from a man or a woman. One does not perform istinja' for the passage of wind; rather, one must perform wudu', which is washing the face with rinsing the mouth and sniffing water into the nose, washing the hands with the elbows, wiping the head with the ears, and washing the feet with the ankles. And if blood comes from a woman at the time of her regular period while she is fasting, even if it is a small amount, and then it stops, it breaks the fast; so she breaks her fast and makes it up later, and she must perform ghusl.
And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad and his family and companions.
