Wiping over the head covering of a woman

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The fourth question of the fatwa numbered ( 20769 )
Q 4: You mentioned in the chapter on wiping over leather socks that it is permissible for a woman to wipe over her head covering . What is the evidence for this?
A 4: It is permissible for a woman to wipe over her head covering that she has placed on her head and wrapped under her chin, for a period of one day and one night, provided she does not remove it; this is due to the hardship of removing it, so it becomes like the turban, for which wiping is established by the authentic Sunnah, and like the leather socks, whether traveling or resident. It is narrated from Umm Salama (may Allah be pleased with her) that she used to wipe over her head covering. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
