Or he wipes over his forehead and completes the wiping over his turban. As for wiping only a quarter of the head, this is not valid according to the Sunnah. The turban is the head covering, and the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) wiped over the head covering or the turban without any condition being mentioned. As Ibn Hazm and others (may Allah have mercy on him) say on this occasion:
And never is your Lord forgetful - وما كان ربك نسيا
[Maryam 19:64]
