Shortening the prayer for one who travels with drivers who do not observe the times of prayer

Fatwa number ( 19624 )
Q: While traveling with bus drivers in public transport, some of them reach the time of the obligatory prayer and do not stop to perform the prayer except
according to their mood, and if asked to stop, they do not respond to the passengers, so we miss performing the prayer in its time. Is there a sin in this or not? Please inform us, may Allah reward you.
A: If the prayer whose time has entered while you are traveling in the vehicle can be combined with the one following it by delaying the combination, such as Maghrib with 'Isha' or Zuhr with 'Asr, then you intend to combine them in the time of the second prayer. When you stop, you pray the two prayers as a delayed combination. However, if the prayer cannot be combined with another, such as the Fajr prayer, or if it can be combined but the time of the second prayer is narrow, then you must stop to perform the prayer in its time. It is obligatory for those responsible for public transport to observe this so that they do not put Muslims in difficulty. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
