Q1: Laziness in the Fajr prayer and delaying it slightly due to illness Is this considered hypocrisy and sin?
A1 : If a sick person delays the prayer slightly from the beginning of its time and that is easier for him, there is no blame on him for that. In fact, it is permissible for him to combine the Zuhr and 'Asr, and the Maghrib and 'Isha' prayers in the time of one of them if it is difficult for him to perform each one in its own time. This is part of Allah's facilitation for His servants, so to Him belong all praise and grace.
Q2: A sick person prays sitting down because of pain in his leg , and he is able to pray standing, but severe pain occurs. Is that permissible for him?
