How does one who cannot achieve full ritual purity perform the prayer

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The first question of Fatwa No. ( 17795 )
Q 1: I have been in circumstances where I am unable to achieve full ritual purity for prayer, and I am unable to purify my clothes from ritual impurity when it affects them. At times, I am also unable to face the qiblah for prayer. What is the ruling on the prayers I performed under these circumstances? Please note that all the shortcomings on my part in this regard were beyond my control.
A 1 : It is obligatory for the Muslim to perform the prayer according to his ability; as Allah the Exalted said:
So fear Allah as much as you are ableفَاتَّقُوا اللَّهَ مَا اسْتَطَعْتُمْ
[At-Taghabun 64:16]
, if he is able
to achieve full ritual purity from the state of impurity and from ritual impurity, then it is obligatory for him to do so; because ritual purity is a condition for the validity of the prayer. Likewise, it is obligatory for him to face the qiblah. If he is unable to do any of that, or is able to do some of it, he prays according to his ability. So if you are in the state you described, where you are unable to purify yourselves with water or by dry ablution, and you are unable to wash the ritual impurity from your bodies or your clothes, and you prayed according to your ability, then your prayers are valid, if Allah wills. It is obligatory for you, when you are able to wash the ritual impurity, to wash it from your clothes and your body. Likewise, it is obligatory for you to perform the full ritual bath from major ritual impurity if you experienced a wet dream during the period you mentioned for the future prayers. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
