Q: I live in a village, and this village has three mosques, and one of these mosques is very close to me, and sometimes when the prayer becomes obligatory I stand up for the adhan and no one comes to pray with me , so I stand up to pray
alone, and the other mosques have people praying in them. I ask for your guidance regarding this prayer that I perform; should I continue as I am?

A: If there are no neighbors around this mosque who pray in it, then it is obligatory for you to go to the mosque where the congregational prayer is held, and pray with them, and not pray alone; because the congregational prayer is obligatory. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
