The Mu'adhdhin's Mispronunciation in the Adhan

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Questions Six and Seven from Fatwa No. ( 18762 )
Q 6: Some official mu'adhdhins, when they travel, have one person call the adhan on their behalf. If this substitute calls the adhan and says: Allahu Akbar, he says: (Allah Akbar), elongating the ba' according to his own inclination. And when they tell him: Do not elongate the ba', he says: I do not know how to do it any other way. Is that permissible or not?
A 6: It is not permissible to elongate the ba' in the takbirs of the adhan, nor in anything else; because it distorts the meaning, such that it becomes the plural of (kibr), which is the drum, as the scholars have explicitly stated. Therefore, it is obligatory to prevent him from calling the adhan, and to seek someone else who is proficient in the takbir.
