The adult children who abandon prayer
Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The fifth question of the fatwa number ( 18252 )
Q 5: I am the mother of adult sons who live with me in the same house. When the time for prayer comes, I wake them up for prayer and remind them of its time.
Sometimes they respond to me, and sometimes they do not. They do not pray until Friday. Is there any sin on me regarding these sons? And is it permissible for me to eat with them?
A 5: Repeat your advice to your sons and command them to pray, and be patient with that. There is no harm in eating with them if you have advised them and rebuked them. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
