Urine overcomes him and falls on his clothes

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Fatwa number ( 17397 )
Q: I suffer from fatigue in my urinary system, which leads to the retention of urine or its expulsion without my will before performing urination. About two drops or more come out onto my clothing. I work in a job that requires me to wear trousers and a shirt. Before prayer, I wash the area where the urine comes out before performing wudu. However, doubt remains with me: is what I am doing correct, and is my prayer valid? I ask you to issue a ruling on this. May Allah reward you with good.
A : If the situation is as described, then it is obligatory for you to perform istinja' (cleaning oneself after relieving oneself) from the outside and to wash any part of your body or clothing that the urine has touched. Then you perform wudu and pray, and you repeat this procedure whenever something comes out of you in this manner and you intend to pray. And Allah knows best. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
