What to do if urine drops after istinja'

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question 7 from Fatwa No. ( 21264 )
Q 7: I face a problem, which is that in winter, due to the cold, drops of urine come out of me onto my clothing after istinja', or sometimes after wudu'. What is the ruling on this, and is my prayer permissible while my clothing is not pure from this urine?
A 7: If you are certain that drops of urine come out after wudu', it is obligatory for you to perform istinja' after the urine has stopped, and then to repeat the wudu'; because one of the conditions for the validity of wudu' is the cessation of what necessitates it. And you must wash the urine if it affects your clothing or your body. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
