He has a continuous flow of urine that makes it difficult for him to pray with the congregation

Q: Your son is afflicted with urinary incontinence , and what comes out can be severe at times, knowing that what comes out constantly contaminates the body and the clothes. I asked our late father, may Allah have mercy on him, Shaykh 'Abd al-'Aziz ibn Baz, may Allah have mercy on him, and he issued a ruling that it is permissible to leave the congregation, especially since I have built a bathroom
water directly connected to the bedroom, so that there is not a long time between the ablution and the prayer, especially since I perform the full ritual bath for almost every prayer (out of necessity) due to the discharge. It pains me greatly not to be in the mosque with the congregation of Muslims, especially since I am among those whom Allah has honored with jihad and calling to Allah, and we are considered among the people of good and righteousness. Is there a way out, especially since I suffer from the looks of my neighbors and family and their confusion, because they know me well and do not know why I do not pray with their congregation? I try to wear a protective pad for the Friday prayer, but it is financially and practically difficult for me to wear it for every prayer. What are your instructions, especially since I have exhausted all known means of treatment and have not been able to cure myself? Will you grant your son a supplication in the depth of the night or at a time of response that you reserve for your afflicted brother? May Allah preserve you and may Allah reward us and the Muslims with the best reward. Amen.

A : As long as you are in the state you described, there is no blame on you for leaving the congregational prayer. Allah, Glorified and Exalted is He, will reward you according to your intention and your eagerness. It is prescribed for you to be patient and to seek reward from Allah, and be glad of the good and the reward from Allah, Glorified and Exalted is He. There is also no blame on you if you inform your neighbors and companions of your condition so that they do not think ill of you and excuse you for missing the congregational prayer. We ask Allah to grant you healing
and well-being, and to record for you reward and recompense, for He is Generous and Bountiful. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad and his family and his Companions.
