A woman's blood after the age of menopause

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The third question of Fatwa No. ( 18116 )
Q3: A woman says: She has entered the age of menopause, and her menstrual cycle has begun to weaken or may have been absent for four months or more. After that, I see a light amount of blood that does not come out externally, but I only know of its presence when I wipe with a tissue, and this blood may last twenty days or more. In this case, do I pray or not?
A3 : If a woman reaches the age of menopause, which is fifty years, then any blood or yellow discharge that comes from her is not considered menstruation for which she would leave off fasting and prayer. Rather, it is corrupt blood that only invalidates the ablution, necessitates cleaning oneself from it, and requires purifying the exit before performing the ablution. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
