Bathing causes him illness

Q: I experience nocturnal emission in my sleep. When I wake up at the call to Fajr prayer, I find that I have had an emission and that my clothes are soiled. When I perform the full ritual bath, I am afflicted with a fever and a respiratory infection, because I have tried this many times. And when I perform the full ritual bath, I miss the Fajr prayer in the mosque. What should I do? Should I perform dry ablution? Please advise us, may Allah reward you.
The Fajr prayer is in the mosque, so what should I do? Should I perform tayammum? Please advise us, may Allah reward you.
A : First: The original ruling is that it is obligatory to perform the full ritual bath with water for a nocturnal emission that involves the discharge of semen. However, if the full ritual bath causes you illness, it is permissible for you to resort to dry ablution, because dry ablution is prescribed when water is unavailable or when one is unable to use it due to illness. Second: Congregational prayer is obligatory, and the full ritual bath is a condition for the validity of the prayer. So if you have water, you must perform the full ritual bath, and it is not permissible for you to perform dry ablution in order to catch the congregation. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
