Beautifying the Voice with the Qur'an

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The third question of Fatwa No. ( 10530 )
Q 3: Praise be to Allah that I am skilled in reciting the Qur'an and arranging its recitation, to the extent that some who hear me say: "I almost believe this is the first time I have heard this Qur'an because of its sweetness." I am aware that I am skilled in arranging and perfecting its recitation, and sometimes I recite it in a manner similar to Islamic anthems , knowing that it is a recitation of the Qur'an. Is that permissible for me, knowing that it does not resemble songs in any way?
A 3 : It is prescribed for a person to beautify his voice with the Qur'an, and likewise for a woman, provided that no non-mahram men hear her. However, it is not permissible to perform it in the manner of anthems, even if it does not resemble songs. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
