Does the one who cannot complete the recitation of the Qur'an receive the reward of one who completes it?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The third question of Fatwa No. ( 10569 )
Q 3: I heard that the one who completes the recitation of the Qur'an has a special virtue, but this year I was reviewing, and I used to read in the afternoon and complete the Qur'an. This year I read limited surahs, which are those prescribed for us in the Qur'an curriculum. Do I have the reward now as if I were completing the Qur'an and reading the curriculum in the afternoon instead of completing the Qur'an?
A 3 : The virtue of reciting the Qur'an is great, whether you complete it or not, but the reward from Allah is according to what you read, whether by night or by day. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
