Recitation without the ordering of the verses

The third question of Fatwa No. ( 14469 )
Q 3: Is it not permissible for me, when reciting, to delay in the Qur'an and advance , for example: (And to the earth, how it was spread out? And to the mountains, how they were raised? And to the sky, how it was lifted up? Do they not look?)?
A 7 : It is not permissible to recite the Qur'an in this manner; because the ordering of the verses came from Allah, so it is not permissible to change their order from what is in the Qur'an. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
