If one performs istinja' for both types of hadath and then has a release from one of the two passages, does he have to repeat the istinja' for both?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The first question of Fatwa No. ( 14110 )
Q1: If a person performs istinja' — that is, washes the two private parts, the front and the back — and after this has a release from one passage only, is he required to wash the other passage even if nothing has come out of it?
A1: If a person has a release from the front, he is required to purify it, but he is not required to wash the back, because nothing has come out of it. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
