Making up missed prayers

The ninth question from Fatwa number ( 18612 )
Q 9: A man missed an obligatory prayer due to compelling circumstances beyond his control. Is it permissible for him to perform it the next day, for example, the Zuhr prayer? Likewise, if a man did not pray the 'Asr prayer and the Maghrib time entered, does he catch the time and congregation for Maghrib, or is he required to perform the 'Asr prayer first and then pray Maghrib alone?
A 9: First: It is established from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) that he said: , and the apparent meaning of this hadith indicates the obligation to hasten to make up the missed prayer, for the time of the prayer one slept through or forgot is when one remembers it, so it is not permissible to delay it beyond that. Second: As for making up missed prayers, they are to be made up in order. So if 'Asr was missed
and Maghrib was missed, one begins with 'Asr, then Maghrib, and it is not permissible to make up Maghrib before 'Asr, and so on. Third: If you missed the 'Asr prayer and did not remember it until after the time for Maghrib had entered, pray 'Asr, then pray Maghrib in congregation. However, if you are unable to pray 'Asr before the Maghrib prayer is established, join the congregation in the Maghrib prayer with the intention of praying 'Asr. When the imam concludes the Maghrib prayer, stand up and pray the remaining rak'ah as one who joined late, then pray Maghrib; because the scriptural evidence indicates that a difference in intention between the imam and the one praying behind him does not affect the validity. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
