Remembering at the iqamah of Jumu'ah that he did not pray Fajr

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Fatwa number ( 18590 )
Q: When the iqamah for the Jumu'ah prayer is called, I remember that I did not pray Fajr. Should I join them in the prayer with the intention of Fajr, or with the intention of Jumu'ah and then make up Fajr, or what should I do? And what if I remember this while in the Jumu'ah prayer?
A: If the iqamah for the Jumu'ah prayer is called and a person remembers that he did not pray the Fajr prayer, he should pray Jumu'ah, then make up the Fajr prayer afterwards. The obligation of order is excused in this case, as a group of scholars have explicitly stated. Likewise, if he remembers while in the Jumu'ah prayer, he should continue in it and then pray Fajr afterwards. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
