Prayer in a mosque where religious innovation is practiced
Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The second question of fatwa number ( 18850 )
Q 2: In the previous Ramadan, we went with some young men and prayed in a mosque near the one we usually pray in, because in the mosque we usually pray in, something called the misbahah is held before the 'Isha' prayer ,
so we advised them, but they did not accept the advice, so we separated and prayed in another mosque. Is what we did correct or wrong, and what is your advice to us and to them?
A 2: There is no blame on you for what you did; because the imam of the aforementioned mosque practices religious innovation, and does not accept advice as you mentioned. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
