The second question of Fatwa number ( 17795 )
Q 2: There is a mosque in our town, but the Fajr and 'Isha' prayers are not held there, on the claim that the security conditions do not allow for it , but the reality is contrary to these claims, as things are going well. Is it permissible to hold the Jumu'ah prayer in this mosque?
A 2: It is obligatory for you to perform the congregational prayer in the mosque if that is possible. As for the Jumu'ah prayer, you should perform it with the Muslims in one of the existing mosques where the Jumu'ah prayer is held.
And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
