After the adhan, the congregation goes out to the gardens to talk about worldly matters

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The second question of fatwa number ( 18700 )
Q 2: We have a custom in the mosque where the mu'adhdhin calls the adhan, and after he finishes, the congregation, including the mu'adhdhin, goes out to trees in the mosque courtyard and talks about worldly matters, including the reputations of people. They also do not respect the mosque and leave their children playing inside it. We told them about these matters, and they said: There is no Shari'ah text that forbids them.
A 2: It is obligatory to respect mosques and to prevent children from playing in them. It is disliked to leave them after the adhan except for a need, such as someone who needs to perform wudu' or needs to go to another mosque to which he is attached, or similar.
As for going out to sit in the markets and talking after the adhan, it is obligatory to leave it and it is forbidden, because
Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) saw a man leave the mosque after the adhan and said: This man has disobeyed Abu al-Qasim (peace and blessings be upon him)أبا هريرة رضي الله عنه، رأى رجلاً خرج من المسجد بعد الأذان فقال: أما هذا فقد عصى أبا القاسم صلى الله عليه وسلم
This is if the trees are in a courtyard outside the mosque. But if the trees are in a courtyard inside the mosque, they have the ruling of the mosque, so they should not be used for talking about worldly matters, or about what is forbidden, such as backbiting and talebearing. What is prescribed for the worshippers after the adhan is to move to the rows, completing the first row, then the next, and performing the prescribed voluntary prayers after the adhan, such as the rawatib and others, and engaging in supplication or reciting the Qur'an, in accordance with the authentic hadiths reported on this, such as his saying (peace and blessings be upon him):
Complete the first row, then the next
, and his saying (peace and blessings be upon him):
If people knew what was in the adhan and the first row of the prayer
Muwatta Malik 3:3
, and his saying (peace and blessings be upon him):
A supplication made between the Adhan and Iqamah is never rejected.
Bulugh al-Maram 16:116
, and his saying (peace and blessings be upon him):
Whoever prays regularly four Rak'at before and four Rak'at after the Zuhr prayer, Allah will forbid for him (from entering) the Hellfire.
Bulugh al-Maram 2:262
, and his saying (peace and blessings be upon him):
May Allah mercy on a person who prays four Rak'at before the 'Asr prayer.
Bulugh al-Maram 2:263
, and his saying (peace and blessings be upon him):
There is a prayer between the two Adhans (Adhan and Iqama), there is a prayer between the two Adhans." And then while saying it the third time he added, "For the one who wants to (pray).
Sahih al-Bukhari 627
And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad and his family and his Companions.
