Q: We ask you to clarify the authenticity of these hadiths: The first hadith: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said:As-Sunan al-Kubra lil-Nasa'i 16:682 . This hadith is in the book (al-Targhib wa al-Tarhib) by Imam al-Mundhiri . And the second hadith: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: As-Sunan al-Kubra lil-Nasa'i 64:873 This hadith was narrated by Abu Dawud and see (Sahih al-Jami').
A: The first hadith was narrated by Imam al-Tirmidhi in (al-Jami') with this wording, then he said: In this chapter, there is a narration from Subay'ah bint al-Harith al-Aslamiyyah , and her wording is that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: And he said: This is a hasan sahih hadith, a gharib from the hadith of Ayyub al-Sakhtiyani . It was also narrated by Imam Ahmad in (al-Musnad, vol. 2, pp. 274, 104), and by Ibn Majah in (al-Manasik, vol. 2, p. 1039, No. 3112), and it was authenticated by Ibn Hibban in (his Sahih, vol. 9, p. 57). And al-Haythami said in (Majma' al-Zawa'id, vol. 3, p. 306): It was narrated by al-Tabarani in (al-Kabir), and its narrators are the narrators of the Sahih except for Abdullah ibn Ikrimah , who was mentioned by Ibn Abi Hatim , and a group of people narrated from him, and no one spoke ill of him. The hadith has many corroborating narrations that strengthen it, among which is what was narrated by Muslim from several routes in (Book of Hajj, Chapter on Encouraging Residence in al-Madinah and Patience with its Hardships, vol. 2, pp. 1003-1004) from the hadith of Abdullah ibn Umar who said: I heard the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) say: Sahih Muslim 1377c (meaning: al-Madinah ). In some of its routes, there is an addition: . As for the second hadith: It is sahih, and it was narrated by al-Tirmidhi in
(al-Jami' with Nos. 406 and 3006). And he said: A hasan hadith. It was also narrated by Imam Ahmad in (al-Musnad, vol. 5, p. 167). And by Ibn Majah in (his Sunan, No. 1395), and Abu Dawud in (his Sunan, No. 1521), and by al-Tabarani in (al-Du'a). And by al-Baghawi in (Sharh al-Sunnah, No. 1015), and he said: This is a hasan hadith, not known except from the hadith of Uthman ibn al-Mughirah , and Shu'bah and Mas'ar and others narrated from him. And it was narrated by Ibn Abi Shaybah (vol. 2, p. 387). And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad and his family and his Companions.

ما من مسلم يذنب ذنبًا ثم يقوم فيتوضأ فيحسن الوضوء ثم يصلي ركعتين ثم يستغفر الله إلا غُفر لهA: The first hadith was narrated by Imam al-Tirmidhi in (al-Jami') with this wording, then he said: In this chapter, there is a narration from Subay'ah bint al-Harith al-Aslamiyyah , and her wording is that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
Whoever among you is able to die in al-Madinah, let him die there, for no one dies there but that I will be an intercessor or a witness for him on the Day of Resurrection
من استطاع منكم أن يموت بالمدينة فليمت، فإنه لا يموت بها أحد إلا كنت له شفيعًا أو شهيدًا يوم القيامةHe who patiently endured the hardships and rigours of (this city, i. e. Medina), I would be his witness and intercessor on the Day of Resurrection.
من صبر على لأوائها وشدتها كنت له شهيدًا أو شفيعًا يوم القيامةIf he is a Muslim
