Q 2: Is our master Ya'qub a prophet or a righteous servant?
Vol. 2: Ya'qub (peace be upon him) was one of the prophets of the Children of Israel. Allah the Exalted said:[Ali 'Imran 3:84], and this noble verse indicates that revelation was sent to him, so he is a prophet among the prophets. And Allah the Exalted said: [An-Nisa 4:163], the verse. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.

Say, "We have believed in Allah and in what was revealed to us and what was revealed to Abraham, Ishmael, Isaac, Jacob
قُلْ آمَنَّا بِاللَّهِ وَمَا أُنْـزِلَ عَلَيْنَا وَمَا أُنْـزِلَ عَلَى إِبْرَاهِيمَ وَإِسْمَاعِيلَ وَإِسْحَاقَ وَيَعْقُوبَIndeed, We have revealed to you, [O Muhammad], as We revealed to Noah and the prophets after him. And we revealed to Abraham, Ishmael, Isaac, Jacob, the Descendants
إِنَّا أَوْحَيْنَا إِلَيْكَ كَمَا أَوْحَيْنَا إِلَى نُوحٍ وَالنَّبِيِّينَ مِنْ بَعْدِهِ وَأَوْحَيْنَا إِلَى إِبْرَاهِيمَ وَإِسْمَاعِيلَ وَإِسْحَاقَ وَيَعْقُوبَ وَالأَسْبَاطِ
