The criterion for what is not permissible to name creation with

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Q4: If it is established that the names of Allah the Exalted are not permissible to use for naming creation, does this prohibition include any of the names of Allah the Exalted? Does this prohibition include al-Rahman and al-Qayyum, and are there other names by which it is not permissible to describe creation?
A4: The criterion was explained in the answer to the second and third questions, along with examples of what is permissible to name the created with from the names of Allah the Exalted and what is not permissible,
and based on that, it is not permissible to name the created with al-Qayyum; because al-Qayyum is the One who is self-sufficient in Himself and does not need others, while everything other than Him is in need of Him, and this is exclusive to Allah, with no other sharing in it with Him. Ibn al-Qayyim (may Allah have mercy on him) said in al-Nuniyyah:

Likewise, the created is not named al-Rahman, because due to its frequent use as a name for Allah the Exalted, it has become a proper name that is predominant and exclusive to Him, like the word of majesty (Allah), so it is not permissible to name anyone else with it. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
