The Attributes Mentioned in the Book and the Sunnah

The third question of Fatwa No. ( 17924 )
Q 3: I read in one of the commentaries on (al-'Aqidah al-Wasitiyyah) in
the section refuting those who deny the attribute of the Hands of Allah the Exalted: that the Hands came in the form of grasping and extending and fingers, so it is impossible that they are a metaphor for power. Do we say that the fingers of Allah are in His Hands, and what is the evidence for that?
A 3: It is obligatory to affirm what Allah has affirmed for Himself of the Hands, the Feet, the fingers, and other attributes mentioned in the Book and the Sunnah in the manner befitting Allah (Glorified and Exalted is He), without distortion, asking how, likening Allah to creation, or denial of the divine attributes; because of the saying of Allah the Exalted:[Al-Ikhlas 112:1-4] , and His saying the Exalted: [Ash-Shuraa 42:11] , and it is a reality, not a metaphor. As for being excessive in affirming what has not come in the Book and the Sunnah, it is obligatory to leave it, and success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad and his family and his Companions.

(1) Say, "He is Allah, [who is] One, (2) Allah, the Eternal Refuge. (3) He neither begets nor is born, (4) Nor is there to Him any equivalent."
There is nothing like unto Him, and He is the Hearing, the Seeing.
لَيْسَ كَمِثْلِهِ شَيْءٌ وَهُوَ السَّمِيعُ الْبَصِيرُ
