Is the name al-Na'i' (the Benefactor) among the attributes of Allah?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Fatwa No. ( 14727 )
Praise be to Allah alone, and may blessings and peace be upon the one after whom there is no prophet. And after that: The Permanent Committee for Scholarly Research and Ifta has reviewed what was sent to His Eminence the Grand Mufti from the honorable head of the body in the city of Riyadh , which was referred to the Committee by the General Secretariat of the Council of Senior Scholars, with number (431 \ 2) and date 20 \ 4 \ 1412 AH. The inquirer asked a question, the text of which is as follows: We enclose with your Eminence a tile bearing the name of the owner of the factory, which is the name (al-Na'i'), and perhaps this name is an attribute among the attributes of Allah (Exalted and Majestic is He) . We therefore hope you will kindly refer it to the competent committee and inform us of the outcome. May Allah preserve you, and peace be upon you and the mercy of Allah and His blessings.
A: There is no harm in that; because this term is not among the names of Allah that are exclusive to Him alone, rather He is described (Glorified and Exalted is He) as al-Na'i' al-Darr (the Benefactor, the Harmer).
And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
