The Quintet Poem on the Beautiful Names of Allah

The fifth question of Fatwa No. ( 16863 )
Q5: The imam forgot to say: "Allah hears the one who praises Him," and instead said: "Allahu Akbar." Does he have to perform the prostration for forgetfulness ? I have attached two books for you to assess their status.
A5: The recitation of "Allah hears the one who praises Him" in the prayer is an obligatory part of the prayer; because the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) was consistent in doing it. If an imam or a person praying alone leaves it out due to forgetfulness, he must perform the prostration for forgetfulness to compensate for what was missing. As for the two attached books, namely: (The Quintet Poem on the Beautiful Names of Allah) and the book (Wasiyyat al-Shafi), we inform you that upon studying
the two books mentioned, the following became clear: First: (The Quintet Poem on the Beautiful Names of Allah) is a delicate poem, but it contains vague terms, innovated supplications, and unacceptable generalizations. Among them is its statement on page 4: "You are sanctified, O One whose creation completed His majesty." This carries the danger of attributing deficiency to Allah, (Glorified and Exalted is He) is far above this by a great height. And its statement on page 6: "So call upon the Noble One and say: O He." In this, Allah the Exalted is called upon with the pronoun "He," which is not among the names of Allah the Exalted, so "He" or "Al-Hawwah" is not applied to Allah; because the names of Allah (Blessed and Exalted is He) are based on revelation. And its statement (page 20): "By Your generosity, O One who relieves distress swiftly, and by the prophets and then the angels collectively" to its statement (page 22): "By every means we seek nearness to Your generosity which." Seeking nearness to Allah through the persons of created beings, or their status, or their right, whether prophets, righteous people, or others, all of this is an innovation in the religion that is not permissible, and every newly invented matter is an innovation, and every innovation is misguidance. And in this poem there are other things besides this, as in (pages 5, 8) and others.
Therefore, it is not permissible to print this poem, circulate it, or engage in reading it; because of the mentioned legal prohibitions contained in it. Second: As for the second book (Wasiyyat al-Shafi), followed by (Supplication for Completing the Noble Qur'an and the Marriage Sermon). Regarding the book (Wasiyyat al-Shafi) by al-Nabihani , two observations appeared on it: The first (page 3): "And how I wish Muhammad were our guide." Since our Prophet and Messenger Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) is the one by whom Allah guided us, so there is a type of vagueness in this. The second: (pages 15, 16): "O Allah, forgive me and Your servant, the sinful, weak Yusuf ibn Ismail al-Nabihani , the author of this book, and admit me and him into Paradise without prior punishment, and convey to his spirit the reward of this al-Fatihah. And after reading it, he says... etc." It is not prescribed to recite the Qur'an for the dead and dedicate its reward to them due to the lack of evidence for that, and al-Nabihani, who died in the year (1350 AH), has errors in belief, and he has exaggeration, excess, and contention over innovations and acts of associating partners with Allah in his other writings, which scholars have warned against, and the people of knowledge have refuted him, among them the Shaykh Mahmud Shukri al-Alusi - may Allah have mercy on him - in his book: (Ghayat al-Amani fi al-Radd 'ala al-Nabihani ). So the Muslim must be cautious with his religion, and
avoid the writings of this man and his like; because of the great evils contained in them of shirk, polytheism, and attachment to the dead, and all of this is the destruction of the foundation of the religion and the basis of tawhid (the oneness of Allah). And as for what came at the end of it in (Supplication for Completing the Noble Qur'an and the Marriage Sermon), they contain seeking nearness to Allah through means and innovations, and a fabricated hadith which is: "Two rak'ahs of a married man are better than seventy rak'ahs of a bachelor." And in what was transmitted in the Sunnah is great good and abundant virtue, and it is sought in the reliable books of scholars. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad and his family and his Companions.
