The second question of Fatwa No. ( 20920 )
Q 2: My grandfather and my father have boycotted one of our neighbors for 13 years over a worldly matter, a public land from which they barred us and a road around it. What is the ruling on this? May Allah reward you with good.
A 2 : It is not permissible to boycott a Muslim unless he commits a forbidden act and is advised but does not

And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
