Q 2: What is obligatory for a Muslim to do regarding the promises he made before he embraced Islam?
A 2 : He must fulfill whatever of those promises was good, but it is not permissible to fulfill forbidden promises. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
