Setting a Specific Time for Ruqyah
Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The second question of Fatwa No. ( 20515 )
Q 2: We have heard from those who are attributed to knowledge that setting a specific time and a specific place for recitation is a religious innovation that is not permissible. What is the validity of this statement? Since many of those who perform ruqyah for people set up a place other than their home, where they recite for people at a specific time; so that they are not harmed in their home by those who do not respect the times of others.
A 2 : There is no blame on the ruqi (healer) to set a specific time or a specific place in which he recites for people, and this has an apparent benefit for him and for others. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
