Hanging the flag of a disbelieving state on the chest of a Muslim

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The second question of Fatwa No. ( 20597 )
Q 2: Some foreign visiting entities distribute two flags, one for Saudi Arabia and the other for their disbelieving country, and the personnel of one of the military departments hang them on their chests. What is the ruling on this action?
A 2: It is not permissible to hang the symbols of the disbelievers, such as crosses and others, on
the chests of Muslims, their clothing, or anything else; because that is an advertisement for disbelief. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
