Is writing the basmalah on the machine sufficient?

Fatwa number ( 20738 )
Q: A person has a farm for fattening poultry, and he slaughters large quantities from it, making it difficult to use people for the slaughter. Is it permissible to use a machine for slaughter with (Bismillah al-Rahman al-Rahim) written on its blade, or to recite the name of Allah over it before putting it into the machine ?
A: One recitation of the name of Allah is sufficient when slaughtering all of them, if the machine
used for slaughter results in the slaughter of all of them when it is operated. However, if the machine slaughters a number after a number, then the name of Allah is recited at every operation for slaughter. As for writing the basmalah on the blade of the slaughter, it is not sufficient, and the required name of Allah at the time of slaughter is not fulfilled by it. Know that the lawful slaughter is cutting the windpipe and the esophagus. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
