His income and that of his brothers, which they gather and eat from, and his brothers do not refrain from the forbidden

The first and second questions of the fatwa number ( 4888 )
Q 1, 2: My brothers and I each work in a job that barely covers our needs. When each of us accumulates a sum of money, we give it to our father, who spends it on the household, including food, drink, and other necessities. I praise Allah for striving to ensure my source of income is lawful, but I do not know how my brothers’ sources of income are; are they all lawful, all forbidden, or a mixture of both? I note that they give little importance to what is lawful and forbidden in their affairs, and I believe that if they were given the opportunity, in one way or another, to earn through unlawful means, they would not hesitate to take it. So what isthe ruling on my eating and drinkingwith them, or in other words, what is the ruling on my benefiting from food and drink in which my income is mixed with theirs? My job requires thatI eat lunch at my employer’s place, and these employers borrow from banks with interestto build ships and other projects, so what is the ruling on this food?
A 1, 2:
to Sa'd ibn Abi Waqqas
Improve your food, and you will be one whose supplication is answered.

Muslim
Indeed, Allah the Exalted is Pure and does not accept anything but that which is pure. And Allah commanded the believers with what He commanded the messengers, saying: O messengers, eat of the good things and do good. Indeed, I am, of what you do, Knowing. And He said: O you who have believed, eat of the good things which We have provided for you and be grateful to Allah if it is Him you worship. Then he mentioned: The man who travels a long distance, disheveled and covered in dust, stretches his hands to the sky and says: O my Lord, O my Lord, while his food is forbidden, his drink is forbidden, his clothing is forbidden, and he is nourished with the forbidden. So how will he be answered?
