Q 3: What is the ruling on one who swears by the phrase: "By the right of Allah"?
A 3: It is not permissible to swear except by Allah or by one of His attributes. The right of Allah is His worship alone, with no partner, and this is among the actions of the servants, so it is not permissible to swear by it. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
